 My family is obsessed with Elderberry Gummies. I made the mistake of opening these and not  immediately taking pictures -- my family went through them like they were candy (which they taste it). I'd like to believe that elderberry really does help boost the immune system, but I don't want to through claims out. These were one of the better ones we've had though! On Amazon here .

This is one of the tastiest gummy vitamins I have ever had! The pretty pink color alludes to the deliciousness, but I am still very pleasantly surprised with each one I take. My hair/nails have always grown faster, so I can't speak to the effectiveness of the biotin itself, but if you have found that biotin works for you, I recommend this one! There are 90 and it recommends taking 2x/day. I was also pleased that it is vegetarian!  Here on Amazon .
