 I sleep on my back and this pillow is great for me. I like the shape of the pillow; the indent in the center cradles my head while the bump supports my neck. I switched out to the "low contour" adjustable setting (remove the middle layer), as I found the height to be better suited to me. It was a fast and easy process. The memory foam is a bit firmer (not a whole lot of sink), but it does stay cool -- I have yet to wake up with a hot head.  The pillow is large but fits the pillowcases I already have. I love it. Runs laps around the crappy walmart pillow I've been using. I found it on Amazon .
